As a child i had visited old family friends in little compton, but then forgot about the place; There are a number of state parks, beaches and museums that draw providence children's museum: Beautiful place, nice location only 5 min drive from newport downtown and 2km from cliff walk.
Rhode island is the smallest state in the union, and is often overlooked by tourists and historians for its neighboring big brother, massachusetts.
